Terms of Service
Effective September 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of this website, operated by Herberth Arriola, an individually registered business (patente de comercio) in Guatemala, doing business as ATS — Arriola Technology Solutions ("ATS", "we", "us"). By using this site, you agree to these terms.
Use of this website
This site is provided to share information about our services and products and to let you get in touch with us. You agree not to misuse it — for example, by scraping it at scale, attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
The content, design, and branding of this website belong to ATS unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or reproduced without our permission.
Not a substitute for a signed agreement
This is the important one: these Terms of Service cover the website only. They are not, and are not meant to be, a contract for any actual project or paid engagement. If you hire us for web development, app development, software development, design, e-commerce, consulting, or any other service, that engagement is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement signed between you and ATS, which will set out scope, pricing, timelines, intellectual property ownership of deliverables, and any other terms specific to that project.
No professional advice
Content on this site — including service descriptions — is for general informational purposes and does not constitute a specific proposal, quote, or professional advice for your situation.
Third-party references
This site may reference third-party platforms or tools (for example, Shopify or WordPress) as part of describing our services. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those third parties.
No warranty & limitation of liability
This website and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, ATS is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.
Governing law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Guatemala. This does not affect the governing law of any separate signed agreement for an actual project, which may specify its own terms.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Continuing to use this site after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
