Privacy Policy

Effective September 2026

ATS — Arriola Technology Solutions ("ATS", "we", "us") is the trade name under which Herberth Arriola, an individually registered business (patente de comercio) based in Ciudad de Guatemala, Guatemala, operates. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.

Information we collect

The only personal information we collect is what you choose to give us through the Contact form on this site: first name, last name, company (optional), email, phone number (optional), subject, and message.

We do not currently use cookies or web analytics tools to track visitors. If that changes, we will update this policy — see "Cookies & analytics" below.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your inquiry and follow up with you.
  • To keep a record of your inquiry in our internal CRM (ATS Leads Manager), which we use to manage and follow up on leads.
  • To verify the email address you submit using a third-party email-verification tool (Apollo.io), which helps us confirm you're a real, reachable lead.

We do not sell your personal information to any third party.

Who we share it with

  • Our own internal CRM (ATS Leads Manager), operated by us.
  • Apollo.io — we share only your email address with them, solely to verify it.
  • Authorities or third parties, only if required by law.

Data retention

We keep contact submissions for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain our business records, or until you ask us to delete them.

Your rights

Wherever you're located, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. If you are in the EU/EEA/UK, this includes the rights granted to you under the GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability). If you are a California resident, this includes the rights granted to you under the CCPA/CPRA.

Cookies & analytics

We do not currently use cookies or web analytics on this site. If we introduce analytics tools in the future to understand how visitors use our site, we will update this policy and, where required by law, ask for your consent first.

Children's privacy

This website is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version.
